Updating Your Organization's Email Domain

If your organization changes its Google Workspace domain, you'll need to update your settings to ensure continued access to Formance Cloud. Here's what you need to know:

For Individual Users

If you've changed your email address but can't access your account, have a team member with admin access invite your new email address to the organization. Once invited, you can contact support to merge or update your account details.

For Organization Administrators

When your organization changes its domain, you'll need to update the domain settings in Formance Cloud. After logging in, use the following command in your terminal:

fctl cloud organization update  --domain 

For example, if your new domain is example.com, you would use:

fctl cloud organization update my-org-id --domain example.com
